"We ordered the ultimate nachos fully loaded, and they served us fully unloaded as you guys can see on the picture i am going to post with this review, it has only onions and tomatoes and a bit of sour cream on top That's all oh and a few cilantro. Most of the condiments were missing and were not available......again a bad experience."
"I have been to this location multiple times this year, and I am always happy with the food until today. I never had such small wings. They looked like kid meals and were all dried. The wings were the same size as the baby carrots or 2 cheese curds combined. I understand with the inflation and increased prices of the chicken, the wings qualify are probably not the best. But it’s ridiculous to see these wings, I would rather pay a little bit more to have the normal sized wings or gas station wings (which will probably be better), so disappointed!!! Won’t come back again"
"Server was super nice. They were packed, big Browns game on, but was ok w my group. Food was average .. I've had worse, have had better. This BWW is much better food and service wise than Downtown location. Crowd was fun."
"Ordered online and got confirmation for pick up at 1030pm. I get there a few minutes early that the order was supposedly put in for the next day. I clearly have and show them confirmation for pick up at 1030pm. They blame it on the computer. Now it's past 11 and I'm standing at the front door with no food still and nobody at pick up. They are all over by the bar laughing and having a good time paying no attention to the customers."
"They gave me over fried tattor tots, sauce less wings. I asked to get better tots, she says well the grease is old, so they be the same way. ( so since you didn't change the grease it's my fault I have to eat burnt tattor tots? Then she says it's a system for the wings you only get a current amount of sauce. WHAT!!?. when I picked up my wing it didn't even leave sauce on my finger. She states if you want more sauce you have to pay. So ill be paying , this place know attention . This location is hit or miss. Sometimes it's ok most of the time its not. I can see why there not that busy."
