"One person in my car they had me come out of the drive-through all the way over to the other side not to mention the brought out the window had an attitude because she had to give up a cup holder Guess what newsflash sweetheart I paid for that cupholder, but have me go out online and go all the way around and wait behind another car just because she was too lazy and didn’t wanna do her job like not even joking right now this fraud was ignorant as hell rude as hell and she should not be in customer service. You don’t like your job get a new one and I’m all for customers not right cause I’m a server and not customers right but this broad was dead wrong, and she really shouldn’t be working in that place"

"Do not go to the walk up window! If you go to walk up window they will put every drive through customer ahead of you. We were the only ones and it took 25 minutes to get our food. Even after we ordered and paid cars would go to the drive through and order and get their food. We only got our food after there was no one left in the drive through. The chicken sandwich was very good. French frys were cold. Make sure you use coupons that come in the weekly sale flyer in the mail."

"Largest medium drink I've ever had. Smallest medium fry I've ever had. I don't know if the workers tonight didn't care, or you're extremely stingy about how many toppings you put on, but this is the most ridiculous tomato amount I've ever gotten. Would have been nice to get a receipt to actually be able to go through your website. I guess you can't take formal complaints if no one can access the form to complain!"
