"I try and try to give this place a chance, I enjoy their chicken and some sides. I noticed that the workers seem miserable and mentally not there. I'm always understanding and patient when ordering either from the drive thru or delivery. I even tried going in and ordering but the dine in is always locked. I also waited 40 minutes in the drive thru for them to forget some of my food, I had to wait another 20 minutes to go again in the drive thru to receive my missing items. This location really needs a new and improved staff it's completely horrible."
"Ordered online to pick up in the lobby and upon arrival the lobby was closed , so I had to wait in the drive thru. I waited in the drive thru for 50 minutes. I had a similar experience a year ago and decided to give them a second chance. That was my mistake. BTW the sign say the lobby is open till 8 but I was there at 740 and it was closed. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never again"
