"The service was very great, food came quick, waitress was very nice, everything was quick. The wings and fries were wonderful but I could say that the wings could have used just little bit more of an even coat on the wings for the sauce. Other than that this place was clean and nice."

"JC, how long do you have to wait for the wings? An hour, then it's effffin cold when it's out to our table? The wings must have been on the shelves for more than 20 minutes for it to get cold from the fryer. She told us that the mac and cheese is being made. Guess what, it's cold too when it's out to our table. I also ordered celery and blue cheese, never seen it and I didn't bother to reorder it from her. This chain is really going downhill since their inception decades ago. Wings are tiny. I remember when they first opened it was huge. How can the mac and cheese get cold so quickly coming out from the kitchen? Seriously, if you care about customers and your own survival, please train your pp better before your chain will be out of business."

"This place has really gone downhill. My wife and I placed an online order and got 6 traditional wings, 20 boneless wings, and a small order of cheese curds. The traditional wings were super small and super tough. I could barely eat them. Very disappointing. Then my wife bit into a boneless wing and it was so tough that it hurt her tooth and she couldn’t even eat it. I attached a couple pictures. Terrible experience. We won’t be back unless you make it right for us."

"It taken the waitress over an hour to bring our orders out and she just simply shown up for a couple minutes at the beginning……. I guess that she had to go kill the chicken to collect some wings, deep-fried them and prepare our foods!!!!!! Would I recommend this place to anyone???? NO. Don’t waste your time and money here!!!"

"Their wings are good but the prices have gone way up. They have deal days on Tuesdays or Thursdays I think. My favorite wing sauce is parmesan garlic - I've bought bottles of it there to use at home. Their tater tots are also very crispy and delicious."
