"We had a fantastic dining experience at Rood. The reservation process was simple, the food came out quickly, and it was DELICIOUS. The portions were also perfect, we left there feeling full but not too full. The octopus was delicious and so tender, the pasta was cooked perfectly, and the steak meal I got was tender and so flavorful. One of the best meals I've had in Cleveland!"

"I have been coming here for the last several years. I love the food and the consistency. My last visit was the first one since the new chef has taken over. It was delicious. I got the heirloom beet salad and the swordfish. Both were excellent. I appreciate the veg forward dishes. I was concerned about how things might be with a new chef but I was very happy with how the dishes translated. If they keep producing at this level they will continue to be at the top of the Cleveland food scene. Service is always great, attentive and responsive."

"Two incredible meals here, easily one of my personal favorite meals in Cleveland. Initially had the Elk Tenderloin then the Hog Snapper. Everything you will taste here has been thought out to pleasure your palate (pairing taste combos and textures is a work of art). Caesar salad is a must try, so light and unique. PB pie is out of this world, & the bartender doesn’t suck either."
