"Honestly I wasn't a subway fan before going to this location. Walked in one person behind the counter (I'm sorry never got her name) she was amazing we had a 7 sandwich order. She made quick work of them. Delicious masterpieces each 1 demolished by the family once we got home. This is the only location I will go to and I've tried subways from Florida up the east coast"
"The older man who works here is super kind but today a lady was quite mean she was probably having a bad day but still thought I’d say something."
"Giving one star because of the attitude the older guy had. More ppl came into the store after I did and smart comments were made by both employees. I guess because the store was closing soon and they wanted to leave on time. The older guy was very bossy and demanding to the younger one. Neither one was very welcoming or friendly at all and they were both unprofessional. Also, bread was a little underbaked and both of my subs were just thrown together and very messy. Was not a good impression for my first time going to that Subway and definitely will not be back again. Only reason I went to that one was because rocky river Subway was closed."
