"Usually the food is good but the last 3 times I have gone here, the nachos always taste awful! Like they need to change the grease or something. Didn't even touch them this time because it just smells like burnt grease..."

"Great service absolutely!!!! It could be much more sanitize and clean. It wasn't horribly dirty but with covid an flu season there should be just a little more precautions taken. The service was wonderful and received my food quickly. That wasn't the best either not bad but not good not due to the worker's they made it as great as they could with what they're given."

"Food was not how I ordered it. Ordered soft tacos 4 and three were just cheese. The team was more interested in themselves than helping consumers out. Never had people sitting at drive-through window before. That was a first. Food was hot, and good. Service needs work."

"Had to wait about 20 minutes to get 4 barttios and multiple people waked out trying to order and there was only one person sitting down eating inside. And my barttios came as soft tacos. Also the one elderly man waited about 10/15 minutes trying to order after me and then walked out. Same with a family also right behind him. Last time I ever go there. The lady working the drive Thursday and the front counter was so rude and was horrible to the elderly man. Was so disgusted with this and will never recommend this taco bell to anyone."

"Went to the drive thru. I got the 5$ combo. The taco was terrible. And I only asked for 2 mild sauces. I got 25 pks of every taco sauce you have. That is such waste I only wanted 2. I have no use for them. Need to retrain crew members on how to hand out sauces only give out what is asked for Especially with the cost of food now days."
