"This BBQ is the best ..hands down...in the northeast Ohio. The brisket is always cooked perfectly and melts in your mouth. BBQ sauces are all on point as well...I'm more of a sweet BBQ fan so their original is what I prefer. Wings are off the chain as well...so meaty and crispy!! When I visit my folks from Massachusetts...we go here routinely my first night back! New England does not have anything like this out there in terms of BBQ! Please add western Mass for another location soon!! D Linds"

"Our holiday party was catered by Old Carolina Barbecue. We ordered the pulled pork, chicken and beef brisket along with salad, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese and corn bread with honey butter. Everything was absolutely delicious! This is the first time in 16 years where everyone was raving about the food for the holiday party! The only complaint we had was that one person didn't realize she put screaming barbecue sauce on her meat. She was screaming all right - it was too spicy for her! We all said we'd like to have them cater for us again. Outstanding!"

"This is some of the best food I’ve ever eaten from a restaurant…let alone barbecue. That’s why we had our wedding catered by Old Carolina and all our guests said it was amazing. Every time I’ve ordered food here (before and after the wedding) it was fresh, hot and delicious. This time was no exception…best chicken wings ever…so impressed by Old Carolina.
