"We are first-time visitors from Canada. No wait time, friendly welcome, and excellent service by Angela. We ordered French Onion Soup and Shrimp and Lobster Chowder, The Longhorn and Outlaw Ribeye, Cesar, and Mixed Vegetables Salad. Every item is very delicious, and steaks are grilled to perfection. All this at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!"

"We waited about 40 minutes for a table, which was no problem. Got seated, the waitress came over right away took our drink order, brought the drinks and took our appetizer order. She was very friendly and attentive. She brought the appetizers, took our dinner order then we didn't see her again for about 45 minutes when she cleared the appetizer dishes and said our dinner would be out shortly. She acted very cold. Another 15 minutes went by and by this time we were ready to leave. People that came in long after we did were almost finished with their dinners. She brought our food and we asked for boxes to take it home because it had taken so long and we were ready to go home. No explanation, no apologies, just brought the boxes and left them on in the table. Again, acted very cold. I don't know what happened between the appetizers and dinner but it sure didn't make our Valentine's dinner very pleasant. We paid the bill and still left her a decent tip, but we won't be back to this location"

"1 hr 40 minute wait, even with 7 - 8 empty tables and booths. Server was not very attentive and food came out at room temperature. Food itself was great."

"Normally I would give 5 stars, but the amount of empty tables/booths (at least 7) and the "70 minutes" wait time, after salad main course took along time then arrived room temperature. First time I ever experienced this at Longhorn, Avon OH Food would have been 6 stars if served warm."

"Decided to give longhorn a go this week. The service was fantastic; you could tell the bartender has been honed to be an excellent team member with a sense of urgency that could be unmatched by anyone there. The food was alright, some aspects better than expected and in some a miss. We tried the filet and lobster and at first I thought my steak was over cooked but they mixed our steaks up...so just hers was over cooked. The lobsters were drier than I thought was possible. Otherwise, the wings were great and the salad was alright too. Not sure if we will give this place another chance at this point because those were some big misses for us. But if you stop there for drinks, the bartender was top notch!"
