"So, we ordered food at the drive thru and realized that we did not receive the extra gravy cups that we ordered. My daughter went inside to get them. After a few minutes they told her that they had to make more. While my daughter was waiting for them she heard a woman in the back saying "I knew that I forgot them but I didn't think that they would actually come back to get them." This person intentionally left out items from our order that we paid for. Check your order before you leave."

"Never again will I order from this location!! Ordered on Mobile app. Order was to be ready by 7:50...waited in line 10 min. Gave name for order and it wasn't even ready..time is 8:05. This is not the first time this has happened either. Blizzards are always soupy, definitely can't turn upside down, will be on the floor!! Also no one speaks to you while waiting in line, they look at you and walk past, no we will be right with you, no Hi, nothing. Workers are not friendly at all. Not sure what has happened to this establishment but it has definitely gone down hill."

"Went to the drive through and got 2 blizzards. Took them out of the bag and they literally were soup. For what you charge for blizzards that is completely unacceptable. If I could give zero stars I would. Never have this problem in North Olmsted. I could have gotten more enjoyment if I set fire to that money."

"Went with my sister she wanted to try the orange dipped vanilla cone which people are calling the orange creamsicle. They only dip it one time and the coating was so warm that it was very thin. You could barely taste the orange flavor at all I really don't know what all the hype is about. They need to double dip those cones. Are temp they're topping better."
