Romeo's Pizza

"I have always gotten good pizza but today was so bad. I was embarrassed to serve it to my guests the bottom was burnt and dough seemed old. And it cost 37$"

"I've been a regular customer since they opened here in LaGrange and their food and service had been consistently good until today 1/21/23. I ordered by phone and was told 1-1/2 hours. I had no problem with that especially on a Saturday evening. First, a polite thank you on the phone after placing my order would be considered reasonable. Or even saying "your welcome" when I say thank you, instead of just hanging up. Second my order consisted of a medium supreme, a brownie, and a 2 liter Mountain Dew. Let's just say the only thing that arrived at the proper temperature was the Mountain Dew. The other 2 items were room temperature at best. This was by far my worst experience with them, and a bit unexpected. For almost $43 including the roughly $7 tip, I'll reconsider my choices."

"Something really changed over the past week. We ordered wings this evening. These are half the size and obviously you had to have changed suppliers. I had garlic parm wings with little to no sauce. This is very disappointing as we buy usually every Thursday or Friday of every week. Hopefully this is permanent as we can get wings sub par like these anywhere. Thank you for the service you have provided over the past year or so and hope this changes back."

"Had a romeo's pizza tonight, I picked it up. Once home I discovered the pizza had burnt edges. And the crust tasted like it was a reheated pizza. From order to pickup was only 15 minutes. I've made pizza at home & it's never taken only 15 minutes. This was definitely not the best pizza in LaGrange. Also, ordered a large pizza. If this was large I'll eat my hat! The size was somewhere between a small & medium. Definitely wasn't large."

"Simply not good! Gave this location multiple chances since they’re closer to me than Medina, but it has been a bad experience each time. Pizza not fully cut, toppings stuck to top of the box, and just not the same quality I have come to expect from Romeo’s.."
