"This is the only location left I know of in Lorain County, besides Elyria. Long John's is one of my favorite fast food joints and I hope we can support this store enough to keep it up and running. The fish and chicken are delicious!"

"Went to get food for my parents and they didn't put all the order in. I called and they said to come pick it up. So I drove all the way back over there for them to tell me it wasn't ready. The cashier had the nerve to laugh as she shut the window and told me to wait. So I waited for 15 minutes when she finally came out, she just put the bag to the window, rolled her eyes and walked away. No apology or thank you for wanting. I know I won't be going there again. Also did a review on their website and haven't heard anything yet."

"I don't get LJS very often. I usually get chicken when I go and it's always pretty greasy. Fries are the same. Floor feels sticky as you walk across it and the employees working the front counter are pretty rude. I stood there for over 5 minutes before the girl even acknowledged that I was there. And she walked by me at the counter several times?! I'm not sure how this happened and I felt badly that it did, but the couple who was there waiting on their food BEFORE I even walked into the restaurant, was still waiting on their food when I left?! How does that even happen?! I felt bad for them because I got my food before they did. I'm actually surprised this place is still in business, to be completely honest. Employees cooking the food in the back, I could see them eating a sandwich of some sort as they're cooking food?! GROSS! I highly doubt they washed their hands after eating too because they were right in front of the window where they place the food up?! The owner needs to invest in this business or it will not last!! Start by mopping the floors and hiring pleasant people and people who don't eat right in the site of the customers they're cooking the food for!! DISGUSTING!!"

"The lady taking care of everything by herself up front was very nice. But this establishment has gone downhill. It used be really nice. But ceiling tiles over 2 tables are sagging and gross looking. The food was good and hot,but it tastes like they're using old grease! I had 2 piece of 1 PC chicken 1 PC fish combo (7). And I asked for a side of crumbs. Thise were the most disgusting crumbs I'd ever had!! The chicken was good,but the fish was soggy. The dining area was at least clean and the parking area had been well maintained. Even though it had snowed that day, the parking lot was clear and salted."
