"Very unprofessional business, I went to pick up a DoorDash and the employees flicked me off through the window when I realized the door was locked. One of the employees looked right at me and started dancing instead of actually doing his job. Highly recommend going somewhere else with your money. This store is disgusting and the employees are very unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I most definitely would."

"The overall experience was normal, however I ordered quite a bit of food and they forgot 2 things. I had to go back through the drive thru to have them make the 2 items. They said sorry and I accepted, but it's not really hard in my eyes to count 4 small fries and 4 10 piece nuggets, to end up only getting 3 of each. I was polite, but in my head I was screaming "A toddler can count to 4"....lol"

"Absolutely abysmal service. The wait time on the drive through line or inside at the counter is inexcusable. I don’t know what’s happening in their kitchen and on their line but they can take as long as ten minutes per order and sometimes as long as 20. No one seems to know what they’re doing, how to sequence their work tasks or how to ensure the accuracy of their orders. I know that working with the public is exhausting, difficult and unrewarding, but if they could get their act together as a team it would be a better experience for everyone. I am -very- reluctant going forward to continue to patronize the Colorado location in Lorain. The incompetence of the staff and the frustration I’ve experienced with their service as of late makes it very easy to choose to go elsewhere."

"Only giving one star because zero star is not a option. This Wendy's location is the worst in the entire state of Ohio. Every single time we order there, there is always items missing from the order. What food they do give you is trash, nasty tasteless food usually cold, and you can't get a refund or replacement in the missing items because their worthless empydont even give you a receipt so there's no proof you ordered when you go back. Best thing for this location would be a wrecking ball. Preferably with the trash employees still inside."

"Over priced and they never get the order right. It's really sad because the var is so low for fast good restaurants right now and it wouldn't take much to be good or better than the competition. But all these places, Wendy's included just unfreeze and cook bland food."
