Lorain's Badass Burgers and Fried Chicken

"Rude! I called to place an order. The guy who answered the phone was extremely rude about how you can only order online. I do not use food delivery services.So I asked for help on how to order without using that, and the guy that answered the phone caught an arrogant attitude with me and would not help me out. I explained to him how I randomly came across this place and wanted to give it a try. He hung up on me after telling me to order online, bye! How are they in business if this is how they treat people over the phone??? Wow. No way I'm ordering anything from this place now. This is how people get treated for trying to support local small businesses. I'll take my $$$$ somewhere else."

"Ordered from Grubhub. Food came hot and perfect! Ordered 2 burgers, fries, onion rings and pepper relish tots. Temp of my burger was exactly what I asked for. I can’t say enough honestly! The homemade tots are an absolute WIN! Plenty of sauces sent and even remembered a stack of napkins! If you like five guys try these guys and give to a local business!!!!"

"As I’m trying to pick up two delivery orders, I see a sign on the door. No one is in the restaurant. I have sat outside waiting for someone to get back for about half an hour. It’s 11:59, and the frost delivery is due at noon. This is not the way to deal with business. When there are orders to make, get those made. Now these customers won’t when their food they already paid for!"

"Overpriced, overcooked, and under-seasoned. I tried the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, which was very bland and soggy (not hot at all), and the hot honey burger, which was dried out and overcooked."

"Not trying to jump on the train with everyone else, but overall everything is a little overpriced. $12 burger that doesn't come with a side. A small fry alone is $6 and to get a large is $10? Then same for the onion rings, yeah they're big, but they taste exactly like burger kings. So that speaks for itself. Not saying bad experience for the food, but probably won't order again because of other places being worth the price."
