"Never go to this place they are slow and terrible at their jobs. Also the billing department is a joke. Have received almost 10,000 dollars worth of bills from an auto accident I was in that was the fault of another driver. Even though I have given them all the information about who they need to send the bills to three times they continue to send them to me. Have been trying to resolve this issue for 5 months. Also, good luck trying to reach the billing department they leave you on hold for hours and if you select the callback option they never call you back. The last lady I spoke with hung the phone up on me after I waited over 2 1/2 hours to get sombody on the line. If I could leave 0 stars for this place I would."

"I couldn't even see a er doctor, everything was done mainly in the waiting room upfront. accident evolution...the worst hospital we have ever been to in Ohio! What a joke this hospital is! Very long wait time for nothing! Come on wch..."

The nurses are amazing the doctors are fantastic and everybody around here just loves to laugh and they have a sense of humor and I have never felt so taken care of in the hospital in my life. And I've been to quite a few. This hospital is blowing me away I can't I cannot say enough it's just wow."

"I don’t usually write reviews on things, but I feel as if Adena-Fayette should get the recognition they deserve after today. I’ve spent the last four weeks sick. No doctor or Urgent Care could give me a solid answer. After having severe chest pains and nasal/chest congestion, I decided to take a trip to this ER in hopes I would get some answers. The second my husband and I walked in, they took me right back and the whole hospital staff was in my room. My stats were crazy high and I was scared, crying, and in so much pain. They put together a quick and orderly plan while being patient, calm, and so very kind. I, like many others ended up getting diagnosed with Covid-19. They ran many tests to make sure there were no blood clots, hooked me up to a couple of IV drips, and the doctor even took the time to come in and explain things in ways I would understand them. Coming from the medical field myself, I realize that it is a very stressful job, during a very stressful time. Everyone is tired and burnt out, short staffed and under appreciated. So I would like to thank the staff at Adena-Fayette for the exceptional care they provided for me today!"
