"Chicken teriyaki And Philly cheesesteak, both loaded. Chicken teriyaki wasn’t the best, bread was extremely soggy. I’ve definitely had better, wish I could’ve experienced better food instead of wasting money. The fries want the best with the sauce was too wet. The cheese sauce in particular."

You could clearly see the workers getting orders together and servicing their customers well and empolyee was so professional even against their nasty attitude 10/10 Definitely my new go-to spot!"

"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wanted to give Charley’s Philly Steaks one more shot to see if I’ll be satisfied and I didn’t even get the opportunity to order food. I’m at the Fairfield Mall. I have my son in my hands as I am standing in front of the vendor. I was not greeted by the manager/cook or the cashier. They looked at me and then looked down. I stood there for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The cashier who was doing nothing said, “If you want to order you can use the kiosk.” Now mind you I have my son in my hands, I wasn’t greeted and their whole disposition was terrible. They acted as if they blessed me with their presence. Instead of spending my money, I decided to walk away and be a patron at another vendor’s location. I do not recommend, terrible customer service, terrible attitudes and the food is mediocre at best!"
