Jimmy John's

"Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any Jimmy John's. When I entered the restaurant, all the workers were sitting around on their phones, which didn't bother me. What did bother me was the vibe I got from the workers, indicating that I was getting on their nerves just by coming into the restaurant. I began to order my sandwich, but before I could even list the ingredients I wanted, one of the workers had already started putting the sandwich together. They seemed to get an attitude when I started listing what items I wanted on the sub, after they made the sandwich in haste. I understand that it's 'freaky fast,' but if you don't even know what I want on my sandwich or what size I want it, how can you even begin to make the order? To top it all off, a worker there seemed to be belittling some of the female staff members, which was really awkward to witness. This is my first time coming to this Jimmy John's, and it will unfortunately be my last. Please address the customer service issues at this location!"

"I do love Jimmy Johns but this location is Bad!! People in front of us didn’t get what the ordered and one our sandwiches was missing lettuce.. all other location I’ve been to have been great!"

"Never again. The person who took our order mumbled and I could barely understand him. He definitely acted like he didn't want to be there. The check out didn't have enough change in the drawer so she offered to give me a dollar out of her pocket which I refused. The entire crew acted like they were much more interested in socializing with their co workers than doing their jobs. The sandwiches were not good. I threw one entire sandwich away because it had so much gristle in the chicken it literally couldn't be eaten. Think twice before taking a chance with this place."

"The food is nasty and that's a fact unless you like cold cuts on hard bread and a bad attitude at the register but hey that's what I got and most certainly didn't earn it.... Excuse me for being honest!"

"Stay away!!!! Bread is tough, what's left of it; they scoop it out. Very salty. Hardly any veggies to add on. We threw our subs away after I ate at least what veggies I had, lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber and cheese. Over $20 and it's in the trash! Now we have to go get something to eat again."
