The Regional Adult Burn Center at Miami Valley Hospital, located at 1 Wyoming Street in Dayton, Ohio, is a specialized health institution dedicated to providing rapid and expert care for burn patients. As part of the region's most experienced Level I Trauma Center, we offer intensive treatment and continuous specialized care in a dedicated 10-bed unit within Miami Valley Hospital.

Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including a specialized ventilation system and heat controls to ensure the comfort and safety of our patients. A team of experienced professionals, including physicians, nurses, therapists, and specialists, work together to provide comprehensive care from admission to discharge.

In addition to our burn center, we also have a same-day burn clinic staffed by board-certified physicians and wound specialists. This clinic offers additional treatment for patients who have been discharged from the burn center, as well as care for non-hospitalized burn patients.

Our multidisciplinary team meets regularly to discuss individual cases and formulate personalized care plans for each patient. We also offer hyperbaric oxygen therapy at Miami Valley Hospital South for patients with complex or non-healing wounds.

At Fidelity Health Care, our goal is to help patients manage their own wound care through at-home specialized care. Certified wound nurses and specialists provide care for various types of wounds, including ostomy care at our outpatient Ostomy Clinic.
