"Love this place been going to tropical for 8 years now. Just really wish you guys would start sending out the paper coupons or give them out again. The prices have went up extremely high, and with the rewards program you have to spend hundreds just to get a free smoothie. Just wish you guys would do something about this for customers."
"This location is amazing! I order several smoothies a week from them and occasionally get lunch too. On Monday evening, the staff told my husband to say hello to me even though they only know my name from the orders through the app. Today, my order was made incorrectly and when I called to let them know, the manager, April, went above and beyond to make it right. She offered to personally deliver a corrected sandwich and she included another smoothie at no charge. When she arrived, she had also added in a banana. I highly recommend this location!"
"I have been to almost every Tropical Smoothie in the Dayton area. As I bit into my breakfast wrap, it was very cold. I looked closer and none of the cheese was melted at all and the egg was cold. Every other one that I’ve been to has been great and the wrap/contents were all cooked. When I walked in, the girl didn’t even greet me and barely had spoken one word. The breakfast wrap was disgusting and I won’t be back to this location."
