"Just a word of warning about their after hours line - EXTREMELY RUDE and UNHELPFUL. Really struggling to get hold of the office on an urgent matter because of my work hours and the after hours line is TERRIBLE. If you can’t get through to the office when they’re open, you are SOL."
"I have been with this facility since I was 19 years old and in a terrible car accident. Dr.chung is a wonderful dr. Since he retired they now have Scottie. She phenomenal also. I love that she really takes the time to know her patients and listens to what they have to say vs just writing a med for you to take. I also love that she follows up thru the mychart app and with testing that is needed. The staff is very friendly and I love that Lynn is still at this facility for over 21years that I have been a patient. Thanks for all you do."
"always have a good experience there. doctors are willing to listen and doesn't rush. the staff are wonderful"
"If only 0 starts were an option. My grandparents have been patients of this facility for over 30+ years. Last week on January 11th, my grandfather attended his scheduled appointment for a prior medical condition, HEALTHY. My grandfather returned home that day stating his nurse practitioner who goes by "Scotty" in the office had not been wearing a face mask. When asked why she had not been wearing a mask, he stated that there had been signs around the office informing patients of the nurse practitioner having a medical condition permitting her to work without wearing a face mask. Approximately, six days later on January 17th, 2021 both my grandfather and grandmother started showing symptoms of Covid-19. On Thursday January 21st my grandmother was able to make an appointment at New Lebanon Family Care to be assessed for her symptoms and to receive a Covid-19 test. On Saturday, January 23rd my grandmother received her test results, and they were positive for Covid-19. My grandparents are elderly and are also primary caregivers for my great-grandmother who resides with them. My great grandmother is now being transferred to a hospice facility today, Monday January 25th, due to her exposure to my infected grandparents, and them now being unable to provide proper care for her. The negligence, irresponsibly, and lack of respect that my grandparents were exposed to by New Lebanon Family Care is completely unacceptable. A supposedly educated healthcare professional that is to be trusted by their patients, should have gained enough knowledge throughout their career and in the last year of this pandemic of the importance of wearing a mask/shield, and the significance of both parties wearing their masks/shields to prevent themselves and others from spreading Covid-19. Even with a medical condition that may permit her to not wear a mask, there is no medical condition for her being unable to wear a shield. This is especially disturbing knowing that other staff members employed by New Lebanon Family Care have accepted and exposed themselves to this behavior while actively being in direct contact with people who are seeking help and proper care from them. If anyone employed at New Lebanon Family Care cannot comply with a nationwide mandate during a world wide pandemic and is potentially infecting patients, and putting anyone in contact with them at risk, they do not need to be actively providing healthcare at any doctor’s office. Any “condition” allowing anyone to be exempt from wearing a face mask should be considered as a disability. I also am concerned and believe that the overall staff of New Lebanon Family Care should be evaluated on all of their Covid-19 education, training, precautions, and what is actually being done to ensure the health of their patients."
"I called to schedule for an appointment, and the lady i talked to put me on hold. i was on hold for a very long time, and then i hung up and called back. this time they told me they'd call me back. they never did. I waited a week, then my wife called them, same thing they put her on hold and ahe was on hold for a long time. i said forget it. this is ridiculous. they wasted my time."
