"Not bad for a place to eat and do work while in the hotel. Service was friendly but not in a hurry. The wedge salad was so so but not really a wedge salad. The home made blue cheese dressing needs help."

"We popped in at 1:14 for a late lunch and finally got the bill at 2:45. The gentleman working g seemed to be the only person manning the entire place after 2. The Reuben was good- certainly not fantastic. The shrimp was lukewarm- like it had been sitting around and not worth the $14 price tag for what we received. My son enjoyed the tenders and fries. The waiter was nice, we asked for more water and honestly could have had more - he was just too busy. We asked for the check a couple of times, but again he was just running trying to get food out. The atmosphere is nice and lively. Being there was an Ohio state game on and folks at the bar, they could have done with more employees. There are more places in Dayton that offer exceptional food for the same price, we were waiting on friends so wanted to dine close. I'll post breakfast considerations separately. All in all service was good, just not enough. Lunch food was okay, just not brought out timely. The appetizer came out lukewarm with the meals and not enough beverages."

"Tasteful, convenient, pleasant and attentive staff. Grabbed a drink on an extremely busy Thursday evening. There must have been some event and it was clear they were understaffed but it did not effect the service. Al tended bar with patient diligence, never compromising quality for rushing, and nothing took long. The house cocktails are original and delicious, and the food matches. It may seem like a run of the mill hotel establishment but don’t be fooled, they run this a cut above."

"This restaurant is located right inside the Marriott at the University of Dayton. It’s very open with plenty of seating and a nice bar area with good, fair priced drinks. The cheese and pepperoni flatbread was delicious. I highly recommend the chocolate cake! Game days at Dayton make it VERY busy so if you don’t like crowds just avoid coming during those times."

"Clean and modern restaurant. The food was okay. Today I got a hot pastrami Ruben and an ice tea. It was $24 with a tip. I substituted the fries for a salad."
