"If I could leave 0 stars then I would. Let me start by saying the ladies are very nice, however they have a revolving door of staff members which is very telling. The daycare itself is extremely disorganized, I’ve completed an application for my daughter 2-3 times since she has been attending this daycare simply because they cannot keep up with their paperwork. The place reeks of sewer, they talk to children with extremely unkind tones, this place has been cited by the state of Ohio, a numerous amounts of times due to their staffs behavior. They feed literal BREAD to infants!! They have cameras where you can watch your kid but they switch the infants in/out the rooms so that they are not visible at all times. Infants are left crying on the floor, not being fed/changed regularly. Also it’s freezing in the place not a suitable temperature for children. I do not recommend you bring your child or children to this establishment. Avoid."
"Very dirty. Very small inside and outside play area. A piece of Lettuce and saltine crackers for a snack is not ok, especially the cost of daycare these days. Don't pay employees well and not a team atmosphere or professional."
"First off I would like to say I wanted to give a “0” start but since it’s not an option I’ll give a “1”. During my son short stay in the daycare I would unexpectedly pop in to see how he was doing (since he’s 10 months old) he would be crying from the top of his lungs along with the other children in the class. I’d then ask why are the kids so upset. I’d get answer like “if one cries they all cry” . I was told to make bottles and my son would drink them throughout the day upon picking him up at 3:00 he wouldn’t be given his bottles from a time frame of 8-3! The last day I sent my son I picked him up AGAIN he was crying and no care was given as he sat on the floor ! I picked him up he’s nose was running which Indicated he’d been crying for a while . I wiped his nose and noticed his lip was bleeding and swollen. So I asked what happened the instructor told me she didn’t know . Wow !! Maybe if she had took any Sympathy and tried to calm my son down after crying for some time (being his first time in childcare ) she would have noticed he was hurt . I will NEVER suggest any one send they kids to unorganized place . They feed the kids burnt toast and pineapple for breakfast wow real “tasty “ . I’m disgusted in the daycare !"
"Great if your kids aren't special needs. If they are they'll care for them for two and a half years and then make you scramble to get paperwork filled out within two weeks and tell you right before summer vacation when every daycare in the city is full that even after you jump through their hoops your autistic and adhd daughter still can't attend. All because they can't be bothered to let her have the things that keep her calm and comforted. Forcing an autistic child to be without her coping mechanisms and interact with peers? Yeah, that's going to go real well. Funny how those things were allowed at tots landing and they never had an issue. But because you do this right before the school year is over everyone else is full. See you in court."
"My son has been attending Childtime for 3 1/2 years. ChildTime transports him to and from school. I never have to worry about him at ChildTime or on their bus - I know he is safe and well cared for. I have said it before - Childtime is not just a daycare - they have taught my son so much. And they are always there - through snow days and 2 hour delays! We love Childtime!"
