"They use to do an amazing job, recently keep canceling appts, dropped my dog off for a scheduled appt only to get called 3 hours later to pick him up and they never touched him. Do not waste your time coming here. You will regret it. It’s sad because she use to do a great job, service has definitely went downhill."

"The service started great been a customer for a year my first puppy absolutely loved going to the groomers Amanda was great she would educate me on properly, taking care of my dogs coats and mistakes I made well my puppy passed away and I recently got a new puppy so I had not scheduled an appointment in a while but it’s a online scheduling service that’s used when I arrived for my appointment the staff told me I did not have an appointment and kept referring to me as another customer she told me pretty much oh well you can’t be seen today I will have to physically schedule you an appointment for a later date. I was originally upset but excepted it for what it was and rescheduled. Moving forward to the rescheduled appointment. The staff was very rude. Wanted me to fill out paperwork with a puppy in my hand got upset and said she was going to cancel my appointment, A few minutes later, she apologized, seeing that my hands were full, took my dog and returned him with a choppy haircut. I haven’t rescheduled or reached out to anyone I’m just simply not going to return. The customer service was extremely harsh. I’m not sure what happened."

"Professional pet grooming, maybe, but not professional scheduling. After having an appointment booked online a week out, we get a text 30 minutes before my dog’s appointment that our appointment was declined. Called to find out what happened and was told they don’t get the online appointments until 48 hours beforehand. 48 hours would have been two days ago and not the day of our appointment. No clue why this was communicated so late."

"Came here from Dirty Dogs, after a horrible experience, where my poms were left cut up and pretty scared. Had such an overwhelmingly positive experience at Sassy’s, and my girl looks better than she ever did after visiting her previous groomer."
