"I recently had my colonoscopy at TRMC. The Endoscopy nurses were kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Dr. McNally was excellent!! My anesthesia team kept me comfortable during my procedure. Check in was efficient. The whole experience gets a big thumbs up!"

"I would not recommend this place. I had someone in the icu and they kept messing information up and just down right rude in every way. They like had no idea what they were doing because they kept saying it was one thing to the next and kept messing information and said sorry wrong person like how can you mess up information and cost someone a life. They also need customer service saying to my fave in the rudest way that the person I had in there that she won’t make it. That’s down right rude to just come out and ask a bunch of questions and say that. Also from the start they said she was alert looking around but apparently that was a lie.. they lied from the get go if I was you guys do not ever take your patient here unless you want them dead because they seem like they don’t know what they’re doing from messing up easy information about a patient."

"From the beginning of walking into the building to leaving, the staff was very courteous and kind. They seemed knowledgeable of any concerns or questions I had. I'm a bit sketchy being in unfamiliar places or around people I don't know. They always made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I liked it that it wasn't all lit up with bright lights. Some areas had the lights off. It gave me a calm and peaceful atmosphere. My procedure went just as I expected. I would recommend Trumbull Regional Hospital to anyone in need of any procedure."

"I was on the fourth North floor every nurse I had went up beyond what they needed experience there was good. Second time out on the sixth floor. That's a well there 2 overwhelmed too busy but I prefer the fourth floor. The treatment I got was not looked into enough, went to the university Cleveland not too be treated at trumble hospital for this ever again,"
