Our case manager kept us informed of all upcoming changes. Very impressed with the staff and facility."

"I was there almost 6 weeks, worst experience in my life,some of the staff rudest people I ever met,waited 4 hours with a call lite on, uneducated nurses, the only 2 people I can praise is the wound care nurses, they really care about there jobs,don't want to even get started about the administration staff,very rude,an disrespectful, I do not recommend this place to anyone"

"The frontline staff are great but the MEDICAL left a LOT to be desired. None of them seemed to know what the ultimate discharge plan had been from Hillcrest hospital. One had to get OFF the phone to go to his chart to check on something. They didn't even know he needed OPEN HEART surgery. They told me they understood that he would have ELECTIVE open heart surgery. NOONE has elective heart surgery! They told ME to get in touch with the cardiologist to find out what the 'plan' was. We will never go there again."
