"“ PLEASE READ DOG ABUSE ” My dog has been going to this place for the last several months, and she was scheduled for and appointment at 2:30 pm on 12/09/2023 and when I dropped her off it’s usually a 2 hour window to pick Up, I never received a call it was around 5:30 pm when I said something is wrong, so I proceed to call no answer! Called again no answer so my mom call, and the front desk person , proceeds to tell my mom The groomer is running behind because they are doubled booked. So we were told to GET OUR DOG AT 6:00pm I heard my dog crying, and the lady proceeds to bring my dog and says very nonchalant “ OH HER EYES WAS READ” the picture below is graphic details of the trauma my dog has experienced. They never said once take your dog to the emergency or any question to why my dog eyes are shut and she slumped over! We requested for Melissa the owner to call us! NO RESPONSE! Poor management and poor negligence! We WILL BE FILING A LAWSUIT! This has now effected my mental health and also my 8 month year dog! LOOK BELOW AND THINK TO YOURSELF DO YOU TRUST THEM WITH YOUR DOG LIFE ? This is malpractice. HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE? No accountability or explanation or refund! I will rate them 0! And I am Reporting this to the new cast! Police report is filed!"

"They did not practice safe keeping of my dog and she was nearly killed because of it. It was an unacceptable oversight and they did nothing to make it right or show compassion so I will not be giving them my business anymore. Safety of pets should be of upmost importance at this location because it sits at a very busy portion of chagrin Blvd. Bad management!!! Do not recommend."

"Lovely place - all the staff are so friendly!! This is a long review but I wanted to highlight every aspect of Woof Gang that makes our experience so great! Our dog is not a fan of car rides whatsoever, so having such a positive interaction right as we go through the door really helps, especially when he comes for grooming. The people there are always willing to take their time and go slowly on introductions, I never feel like they are rushing to get him through. Also, every grooming is consistent and neat would highly recommend this place to anyone who has a dog who gets anxious in new setting or during car rides!! Second, the selection of items they have is awesome, our super picky cat absolutely adores the bed we got from WoofGang! Another positive experience- our dog is a mix with a big boxer chest, so harnesses can be difficult to size correctly. The person who helped us was so kind to us and sat with us to adjust the harness straps so we knew we were getting the right size for him. Overall, highly reccomend this place to anyone looking for a groomer or a place to stop with a kind staff and a great selection of toys, treats and necessities for your dog or cat!!"

"OMG THIS PLACE IS SO CUTE. I JUST HAPPEN TO STUMBLE ACROSS IT. It's such a precious little shop and grooming. staff was really friendly store was clean and organized and the aesthetic was precious good job to thier planogram and interior store designers!"
