"We have been very pleased with Kiddie Academy since our daughter started in the infant room in November 2023. The facilities are the newest in town – they are clean, safe, bright and inviting. The owner, Dave, and director, Nicole, are attentive and accommodating, and do a good job of communicating important information to parents on a timely basis. The teachers in the infant room are what have made our experience so positive. Ms. Kelly, Ms. Tina and Ms. Allison collectively have decades of childcare experience and did a great job of helping our daughter initially acclimate to daycare. They were also reassuring to me as a first time mom anxious about having someone else care for her daughter. Each day we are greeted with warm smiles at drop off and I get a quick debrief of my daughter’s day at pick up. The teachers have shared observations about our daughter’s eating and sleeping patterns, as well as activities/toys she enjoys, which has helped her development at home. The Tadpoles app for communication is easy to use and we enjoy receiving real-time updates and pictures of our daughter’s daily feedings, diaper changes, naps, and activities. We would recommend Kiddie Academy to anyone in the area looking for high quality daycare!"

"I have 2 children (an almost 2 and almost 4 year old) that attend Kiddie Academy and I have nothing but positive things to say. My kids go 5 days a week and we have been attending for a little over a year. I get multiple photos of them daily, and updates on activities of the day. My kids have learned a lot, the curriculum in place is top notch. It is clean, friendly, and I can always get honest feedback on my children at any time. My kids love their teachers and always run to give them hugs and we take home lots of art projects they've worked on. Meals are included, and they get extra snacks as needed. We visited lots of daycares before we picked this one and it's great!!"

"My 12 week old attended this daycare for four days. She had an instant mood drop, which we expected as it’s a big change to go from your parents care all day to strangers. I sent VERY specific instructions/her schedule. It was truly foolproof. My daughter receives 6 ounces of formula every 90 minutes that she is awake. Diaper changes every 2 hours maximum. Naps every 90 minutes. When I picked up my daughter on 10/12, she was distraught. Hysterically crying. The schools app didn’t have any of her care information from that day uploaded. It was revealed she only had one nap that day, 3 diapers (one being not changed for two and a half hours), and 8 ounces TOTAL of formula for the day. 8 ounces. She was extremely dehydrated and miserable. It broke my heart. Nicole up front was respectful and listened to our concerns, which I appreciated. However, their lack of staffing doesn’t constitute my child not eating enough all day. They clearly didn’t use any of the notes that I had sent, as even her feeding card that they made her said to feed her every 2-3 hours, which again was not accurate. They stress safety about pick ups and who is permitted to have the child released to. Yet never once in my pick ups did they ever even ask my name or check who I was. I would never leave my infant there again."

"My son is attending Pre-K program in kiddie Academy & we couldn't be more pleased. The entire staff is very caring and helpful. The owner, Mr. Devang Bhayani, is very attentive & always ready to discuss and address all questions & concerns professionally and timely, and make sure that my lil one is happy and comfortable while at school. The Academy is organized, very clean & communicates very well. He is happy & LOVES going to Kiddie Academy every day!"
