"My children have been attending Triskett for about 9 months and it has been the best experience ever. The preschool teachers, especially Mia, Leyla, and Cassie have been amazing with my twin boys. Their loving, caring, and patient nature has really done wonders. It is difficult to leave your children in the care of others while working, but Mia and Leyla are so calm and patient, I trust them 100%. The school aged teachers are also phenomenal. The clubs and summer camp activities are fun. The bus drivers Deirdre and Sarah and amazing. The center is clean and organized. The outdoor play and activities are beneficial for the kids. Even through transition of new staff, they have remained consistent. Lisa was wonderful and Shannon is proving to be great as well. Dezaray and Whitney are friendly and efficient. The location is convenient and safe. Horizon Triskett definitely deserve their 5 stars!!"
"Don’t listen to these fake reviews! This place is horrible. They can’t keep teachers. The director is a big narcissistic women who obviously thinks she’s better then everyone. She treat her staff poorly. I’ve witnessed her belittling another staff member whom I felt awful for because she was so overwhelmed and overworked. They have many children with behavioral issues in the same class with children who are not violent or special needs. Some child need more one on one time with teachers who can meet their requirements and this place does not do that. My child came home telling me he saw his teacher being smacked in the face by another child. This place is total chaos in a negative environment. It is impossible for children to thrive in a place with such Disarray. If you truly care for your children you will not send them here. Best thing I ever did was pull my child from this unprofessional program."
"I have really enjoyed the quality Preschool experience, that my youngest child has been given thus far. He is so excited to learn about the alphabet, and has improved on his fine motor skills. He loves going to school, and building positive relationships with his peers and teachers. His teachers truly have a passion for teaching, and it really shows. My oldest son attended this center, before returning to In-person school. My oldest son loved coming here as well. He was able to successfully navigate Virtual Learning with assistance from Teachers if needed. They were so helpful, to keep me up to date if he had a login issue or issue with sound. They were able to provide assistance quickly. My oldest son will be returning for Summer Camp. As a working mother, I am able to be at ease, knowing that my children are in great hands."
"My son has been at the Triskett Station center for a year and half and I could not be more happy with the center. He entered Kindergarten this year and the staff has been wonderful with helping him get online and complete assignments. He does not always want to get online to do his calls and the staff are patient and encourage him to do his best. The staff is friendly and I feel comfortable leaving him while I work."
"We are constantly told different things about whether our kids will be allowed to drop in or not, forcing us to scramble last minute for babysitters. They suddenly became more accommodating when we told them we were done and wanted a refund for unused days. Our kids are doing remote learning from the center. I understand these are not teachers, but they could at least check from time to time and see if the kids are actually doing schoolwork rather than playing games and watching YouTube videos all day. Some minimal supervision would be nice. Children have violent outbursts and start throwing chairs at other students, and staff shrugs it off and gives us an incident report to sign. No other action is taken. They do a good job of keeping the kids alive while parents are at work, but we have seen very little else from them."
