Panera Bread

"Very small portion sizes and overpriced. Got the teriyaki chicken bowl for $12 and the quantity barely filled the bottom of the bowl. Also got the broccoli cheddar soup which was $5.69 and the quantity is so less. The bread given with the soup was also very hard. Won’t be coming back. Felt bad for overpaying for such small portions. This was a waste of $18"

"I come to this Panera Bread often for work meetings but I won’t be coming back. I ordered the you pick 2 and the portions are so tiny. The half salad was barely covering the bottom of the bowl. I upgraded the cup of soup to a bowl and it looked still like it was a cup, compared to my friend’s cup of soup. We waited quite a bit for our food and the staff seemed very confused for some reason. This was around 1pm so not during peak lunch hours. $34 for 2 drinks and 2 you pick two’s in expensive for such a small portion of food. Won’t be back."

"The VOA location is not one of Panera's better locations. Over priced salads that are not generous on toppings. Greek salads get a dusting a feta cheese. This is the Greek salad with extra feta and extra olives. Extra? Greek salad dressing containers before opening are less than half full. Gave Panera VOA location another try 7/29/22. Added pictures showing the low amount of Greek salad dressing in the cups and the less desirable hard part of a lettuce and lettuce head that should not be in the bowl. The tea, salads, bread and broccoli cheddar soup were good."

"Well, took my kids here to eat after a trip to the mall. We arrived at 8p and they close at 9p. Ordered 3 meals and drinks, the hostess seemed to not want to be there. After ordering, we went to get our drinks (looking forward to some lemonaid) to our suprise there was none to be had only tea (really?!) so we can get a soft drink. Not really no ice, no dr pepper no pepsi and the mountain dew was warm and flat. So after our food was ready, I went to ask another girl that was taking orders ( since our original hostess and 3 other workers were too busy talking and goofing around with other people) if there were any other options for our drinks. Her response was that was all they had and nothing she could do. Flat mountain dew it is. Our food tasted good and was decent for the price except for a slightly soggy grilled cheese sandwich for my son. Needless to say not going back."

"Just paid over $18 for a meal I used to regularly pay about $13 for less than a month ago. Most of the "serve yourself" items were out like napkins and sweeteners. They gave me the wrong dressing. When I said something they said they thought so, but wasn't sure. They remade the salad with iceburg instead of romaine and said that would have to be fine, no offer to make something else or refund. This was the GM. None of this is worth $18.70. They are belatedly getting in on the chicken sandwich craze, but the sandwich is $10. I didn't try it."
