"I hate doing bad reviews but I’ve been coming to this location for 6 years and never had a problem with grooming services. My first appointment was at 9am when I arrived I was told it was cancelled because it was Tavon’s birthday and they didn’t block out his birthday and appointments kept coming through and oh yea they forgot to call me to let me know! I patiently rescheduled and left. I was unable to make the second appointment but scheduled my third that was again canceled 1 1/2 before the appointment. At this time I asked for a discount and they gave me one. Fourth appointment I was 6 minutes late and got attitude as soon as I walked it. I remained professional and finished the check in process. We discussed how I wanted my dog cut and I even showed him a picture. I was called a hour later asking what type of cut I wanted. When I arrived to get my dog he was damn near jumping out of Tavon’s arms to get to me. My dog was not cut like I asked, his nails were not cut and tail not touched! I reminded Tavon of my discount and he never said a word but took at least 2 minutes printing out a receipt that has only taken two seconds to get in the 6 years I’ve been bringing my dog in. The discount was not applied and I said something to him and he said it will come off at the register. He was walking past as I was checking out and said nothing to the cashier and it rang up regular price. I said this is supposed to be half off she asked him and he says yea as if I was wrong! I WILL NOT EVER PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT, only if they are restaffed with someone who likes what they do and it shows!"

"Staff is very helpful. Somewhat limited supply but they had a sampling of everything we needed. Bought dog coat, salmon oil food supplement & leader harness. They had our dog's size even though he's very big. But just one item, no choices. I just need to say that one choice was in good quality. Also, they do Price Match, if you can prove the item is cheaper elsewhere."

"I took my new puppy for her first puppy trim and she has been shaking her head every since.. as if they let water get in her ears, she was also trembling alot when I picked her up. She also yelped for a few days afterward.. I will never take her back there and I have been using pet smart for years for my other pets needs and food. This is the frist time I used their grooming services.. they also had really young people doing the grooming process.. I hate I took her there! she was 10 weeks old and a small breed pup.Dec 1st 2024"
