"Just needed a small protein snack to keep me going. Got the Fancy Nancy in an individual container, $6.99. It was good and filled the void. It was great for me because of my dietary restrictions. Wouldn't mind returning. Gave the atmosphere a 4 because the drink station was a mess, but after I mentioned it to them, they advised they would take care of it."

"I have heard such great things about this chain, but I haven't had the chance to try it for myself, as they aren't yet in NY. We stopped here for lunch on the way to Lexington and, Wow! My husband and I split up the Buffalo Barclay and Sassy Scotty. We each had our own pasta salad and cookie, while I had sweet tea and he had a soda. He absolutely loved the Buffalo, while I liked it, but it was a little on the hot side for me. The Sassy Scotty - with bacon, ranch, and cheddar cheese - was perfect for me. The cookie was soft, and pasta salad had just enough dressing. Clean bathrooms, pleasant place to stop for lunch, and friendly staff. Highly recommend."

"Was very impressed by the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. We had lots of questions and they were patient, kind, and informative! You’re allowed to sample the various options for chicken salad before you choose which is super nice cause they have so many good options. Husband got the Olivia’s Old South croissant with tomato and lettuce. I couldn’t choose so I got two of the chx salad - I got the Fancy Nancy on a croissant with lettuce and tomato and then a scoop of the Sassy Scotty with crackers! They were SOOO good. I liked that they have options for sweet, savory, spicy, and classic versions of chicken salad. If you’re a chicken salad lover they’ll definitely have something for you! You also get a pickle and small cookie with your meal!"

"Good Food, Prepared Fast!: I placed my order online and it was ready when I arrived about 7 minutes later! I really appreciated the timeliness. (I frequently order online from other restaurants and I often have to wait for my food anyway.) The staff was pleasant and polite. The restaurant was clean and neat. The chicken salad was good. It's not close to where I live but I will be going back."
