"I called to ask if they trim nails for a cat. They said yes. I asked how far in advance i typically need to make an appointment. They said just come in at least 30 minutes before close. I said great, we’ll see you in a few hours and confirmed the price of $10. We arrived 90 minutes before close. The first worker said they don’t trim cat’s nails at all because of some issues. The other guy walked over as i was saying i just called today to confirm and he said the groomers leave by 5 & told me to call a groomer. I said i just called and someone told me to come up anytime and he went into a story of how sometimes they’re there later but you really need to come by 5. I said it would have been nice if i was told when i just called and was told to come up before traumatizing my cat for no reason. Obviously they have no clue what’s happening in their store. Will not be back."

"Pet grooming service specifically. Called and said they couldn't complete the service (never had a groomer say they couldn't complete his service). When looking through the window after dropping him up he was doing great, got on the table, allowed them to get his harness off and the other chain on, other dogs were barking but he barely barked back, etc. I even watched as she started trimming his neck and he barked maybe 3 times and then stood still and allowed her to continue. Before picking him up I looked through the window again and he was standing pretty still and looked calm enough. I'm sure he might have barked and moved a bit while we were gone, but it was only 40min before they called us to say we had to come pick him up. I'm sure it's not uncommon for a groomer to deal with a bit of barking and movement...again never had our other groomer say he couldn't get his full grooming (and the other grommer has up to 10 dogs in there at a time...pet supplies only has 2 other dogs in there that were barking more then my dog when we dropped him off) He ALSO came home scared to death and itchy because of his half finished grooming. He is a very friendly and happy dog and I have NEVER seen him look like a deer in headlights after any experience. So much for trying out this place. Staff also didn't look like they wanted to be there. Lots of unfriendly side eye. 2/4/24 noon."

"I adore the employees they're friendly and helpful. I use the self service dog wash rooms which are maintained properly. I recently had my little dog groomed there for the holidays, they did a great job and the price was really fair. They keep the shelves well stocked."

"My bulldog Cooper loves coming here to get groomed. Jessica, Hannah, and Allyson always take great care of him. Great deals and prices throughout the store. Helpful employees."

"Good store. Variety of items for my dogs and leopard gecko. Bought tie downs for my pups to hang out at the park. Pet friendly and you can wash your pets here or take them to their groomer. I have not used the grooming service other than for nail trims."
