"This place used to be nice, but for a few weeks they been out of a majority of their goods. Rumor has it that they're closing this store, but an employee said it was just that their supply truck was running behind. Believable, but not for weeks. If they are going to close it, they need to do it asap because leaving it open with just a minimal amount of goods is tacky."
"People are nice and store is okay but the worst part is the pan handlers down there that won't leave you alone. They will fellow clear to your car asking for something or trying to take the buggy from you just for a quarter. I would have gaven at least a 3 if not 4 if it wasn't for the panhandling."

The location is undesirable, increased police presence would benefit this area. With the new revitalization of Broadway/Downtown I'm guessing their presence will increase naturally. The store was clean and well stocked. I walked around taking pictures and notes for approximately 20 minutes and left. I didn't interact with any employees at all."
