Reviews
"The only restaurant we've ever walked out of just before ordering. The waitress brought us glasses of water with cloudy water and dirty glasses. When I asked for a clean glass, she said "I'm sorry, that's the way it comes." We stood up and walked out! We had been in there a year earlier, and I remembered how poorly prepared the food was, but we decided to give it another chance. Never again!"
"I ordered Rogan Josh, but it had an excessive amount of oil and weird smell. Additionally, I tried the chicken chilli momo, which would be more enjoyable if cooked with less oil."
"Has a good portion size and a nice surrounding. We bought a two cokes, mix platter, hot and spicy naan, chicken biriyani and a chicken makhani. Total cost (without tip) = $52.76 I felt that the biriyani could have more salt in it. Otherwise it was a good place to try an indian dish at a reasonable price."
"Longtime Gaslight Clifton favorite. I had the Chicken Dal with a spice level 4 (out of 6), which was perfect for me. The portions were large. Dining in was nice, as the decor is beautiful and also relaxing. It wasn't crowded, but they handled a ton of delivery and carryout orders while I was there."
"Tried their Palak Paneer, Chicken Tikka Masala, Momo and mango Lassi. I liked the Palak Paneer most. Worth trying. The Chicken Tikka Masala was average. Nothing too fancy considering the price. Momo was good. Worth trying. Mango lassi was also tasty. The service was great."
