Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

"Went here for dinner. Only had to wait Minutes from the time I ordered to receive my order. I ordered the bourbon cheese steak with the ultimate fries. The sandwich had good flavor and a lot of meat( Finley shredded very thin beef) There was not much else to the sandwich. There were a couple pics of lettuce and 3 pieces of tomato. The bread was very soft. The sandwich is very messy to try and pick up to eat but managable I ate it with a fork and knife. The fries were good. Had tons of cheese and ranch a small amount of bacon on it. Also got the original Philly cheese steak it was great same as the sandwich above. Lots of meat the lemonade is absolutely delicious tried the watermelon/strawberry highly recommend."

"Ordered a california chicken was very bland and very messy of a sandwich. I was not impressed at all. The cashier was very rude acted like she didnt wanna be at work. Overpriced sandwich without a drink or fries. My first time trying the place ill never eat here again waste of money in my opinion"

"I had the best cheese steak here today. My fries were also really good, I could tell the oil used was fresh and at the correct temperature to make them crispy without being greasy. But the star of my visit to your Colerain location was the counter person who waited on me, Kenya. Kenya is such a shining star at your establishment. She is friendly, smiley, professional, and she has a great customer service presence. Seriously, she should be cloned and lent out to restaurants with sub par service so they can see how customer service done right is accomplished. While your food is really good, it’s your wonderful staff and the super clean restaurant and bathroom that will keep me returning."

"My Philly Cheese steak sandwich was hot, big, messy, and loaded with tasty steak, green peppers, onions, jalapenos, and melted cheese. And it was absolutely delicious! I first had a Philly cheese steak sandwich when I lived in Pittsburgh years ago, and this reminded me of those. Of course, no sandwich is good enough to transform me into a Steelers or Eagles fan, but Charley's Philly sandwich made me remember that Pennsylvania did create pretty tasty food."

"ate here for the first time today. They were busy but I didn’t have to wait as long as the other reviews say. The chicken and regular Philly were delicious and I honestly liked the roll better than penns. Don’t listen to the angry people in the reviews . Give the place a chance. It’s new."
