"Love it, but they really need a light up OPEN sign. I guess the employees park around back? It’s really hard to tell they are open when the lot is empty, the windows reflect the outdoors and they just look closed. So many places have half a55 hours these days, it’s great that Penn Station keeps real hours but they should get that OPEN sign to help make it clear."
"Always on point with my food, service is always great, dining room has plenty of space for families and couples."
"I ordered two sandwiches, I didn’t read the menu and didn’t think it came with lettuce and tomato. They were busy at the time and I was prepared to wait for the new sandwich but employee Olivia assured me it wouldn’t take long at all, which it didn’t. I haven’t been here in over a year due to bad service, but they have really shaped this place up. Great customer service and good food."
"Food quality is good when it comes to their subs and they are usually always made correctly. Staff is always friendly too. But I would recommend avoiding their fries. They never really taste good. Prices are a tiny bit high too. This is a hard one to do. Honestly I would give a 3.5 star but I only have choices of 3 and 4. What makes me deciding to be 4 stars is sometimes price control can be out of the manager's hands. And with the current economy everybody is having a rough time. So I can't judge to harshly for that. But overall a good place for a bite to eat."
"Extremely overpriced for the amount of food you get. I can get the same quality and amount of food at other sub places for half the price. $48 for my 11 yr old son and I to eat lunch there. We both had a Turkey, Cheese on Wheat with lettuce, mayo & pickle..toasted. Pretty basic inexpensive sandwich. We have gone to JJ, Subway & Jersey Mike's, etc... for half the cost. I personally think it's an operated ripoff! I will not be back and will share my experience with others."
