"We were there at 7:15 pm on 11-24-23. The girl at the front desk was reading a book and looked up and said unfortunately we aren't accepting any more patients tonight. I went home and called and asked how late they were open and she told me 8 pm, but we would have to be there by 7:30, I told her we were there at 7:15, and she didn't know what to say. She just didn't want to check anyone else in, to busy reading her book."

"They ran tests I never agreed to and prescribed me a medication that didn’t treat what they diagnosed me with. I ended up having to go to the ER and they confirmed the medication was not appropriate to treat my infection."

"Staff on the evening shift are very rude! Lima memorial isn’t our go to choice but it is convenient as it’s urgent care. Every time we go in it’s always a two hour late with this face expression like she was disgusted on seeing us or just remembers us from last time of our visit as that wasn’t well either! They make the ones that do or don’t have the medical card feel low or dirt or they’re voice doesn’t matter! Dr acted as if she had seen my oldest daughter when she was younger as her physician which was a lie! Never we only have come for urgent situations that’s all I would never have chosen Lima memorial physician when they were born at st Rita’s so all my oldest drs from the time she was born records are in storage. Not to mention they gossip about clients while behind counter when lobby is full of clients. It’s a shame how the world has become the way it is. You don’t treat anyone like anything regardless of however there outcome is! Karma is a wonderful thing. Rant over! Had to give it a 1 star just so I could do this. I wouldn’t give them anything on how poorly they treat people with how they have insurance on which fund it is!"

"I agree with other reviews that mentioned the rude front desks staff and in the past they were eating when helping patients. The nurses and cnp Elizabeth were very attentive and helpful. Elizabeth shared her concerns and outlined next steps. I felt I received excellent care and will return if necessary."

"I did a walk in for urgent care on July 5 at 6pm. Only about ten minutes was spent in the waiting room after check in. I was taken back to a patient room and vitals were taken in the room. I was told that the doctor would see me shortly. After approximately an hour, I popped my head out of the room. Who I assumed was a nurse saw me, gave me a thumbs up so I went back into the room. At approximately 8:30pm, I walked out of the room and was greeted by the cleaning staff who was the only one there. So, I sat for over 2 hours in a patient room waiting to be seen by a doctor and was left in the room by all who were working that evening. End of day room checks were not done and I received no service. I waited because I knew they were busy and was giving everyone the benefit of the doubt. I will be keeping an eye out to ensure that I do not receive an insurance claim for this and look forward to my co-pay being refunded. My family and I will not return in the future and would encourage others to persue different options when in need of urgent care."
