"Riverboat Captain pushing barges through here, I had the opportunity to eat here while waiting for a crew change. FANTASTIC burger, GREAT onion rings SUPER atmosphere. Takes me back to my youth! CAN'T wait to try their Root Beer Float???!!!"

"These folks are so nice and serve tasty, creamy soft serve. We stopped by to keep a promise to our kids while on vacation. It was cash only and all we had were credit cards. Not only that, it was after just after the Dairy Bar closed (I know, we’re awful). The owner (I assume) was working. She hadn’t noticed the time because she’s was hosting staff appreciation night and had been making pizzas for her staff, so sweet. She said our kids were going to have ice cream with or without cash and just tell her which flavours they like. Too kind! We stopped the next morning to pay for the ice cream and the sweet person received it with a smile and thanked us like their hospitality was a common occurrence. Love this place!"
