"Website says open until 2am. Went to the drive through on 2-16 at 11:50pm and they told me "sorry we are out of product" I said like you are out of food? They guy said "yes we are currently out of product " how can they be completely out of food. I just drove away in shock. Won't do business there again."

Consistency throughout a business is critical to its continued success. Lack thereof is a prime reason for its failure."

"I was shorted food and a drink earlier today so I called the store. I spoke to a very nice lady, Veronica, who told me they would replace the things I was shorted and would give me a free combo. I told her I would not be able to get there until later that evening so she took my name and said to tell them I talked to her. Once I get back to the store a little after 9pm the manger on shift, Emily, refused to give me the free combo and acted as if I was lying about the situation. She said she could only give me 2 tacos which made no sense. And then went on to say there was nothing saying I was to get the free combo. She was not helpful at all and she had the young lady who was running the window relaying the messages at first which I feel was frustrating to the that person and myself. Very unacceptable behavior for a manger."
