"New patient with extreme negative experience related to phoning in to reach Dr. office. Long wait for anyone to answer, no extension for direct to Dr. office. Staff stated they would call me back over a week ago, no call. Told today the phone system was out & could not transfer to Dr. office. Oh, was given a later am appoint, received a confirmation call for an HOUR EARLIER appt.! :-( Beginning to think I made the wrong choice."

"Went here multiple times for the same problem, was told by multiple different doctors i was fine because the ultrasounds came back clean, go to UH one time and they immediately identified the problem. The doctors here do not care what you have to say or if you’re feeling something, if it doesn’t align with their knowledge you’re wrong. And they won’t hear anything more about it. Dish you 10 prescriptions and call it a day."

"These so called "doctors" are holding my meds hostage because I won't run up there every month for no reason so now my RA is flared up again because they won't give me my Humira, I am bringing a formal complaint against them real soon and a law suit they are NOT doing their suppose to be job!!!"

"Hi I was there yesterday for a cook class and the cook was rude and very racees too me and there was a lady who all so there she had on red and black she was all so very rude and races too me being a Muslim woman in a place is all ready streeful all read when you are the only Muslim in a group of people when you thought you can feel safe I never didn’t anything to no one there"

"This is by far the worst facility. It is always clean but the people you encounter before you go to your appointment are rude 9/10 times. The lab is supposed to open at 8. I get there and she says they don’t open until 830. I told her the Cleveland clinic web site says 8. You are able to check in on your phone yet I always have to wait and have a rep check me in. I try to limit contact with all people in healthcare when I can."
