"Went through drive-through they forgot parts of my order I called in, gave them my name went back to the next day to get it and they acted like I was trying to steal from them kayla the manager at this location is very rude I put this up yesterday this store has a manager name Drake very nice guy called me and apologized and made it right. I only wanted what I was entitled to so thank you for that."

"Went here last night around 9:30p and ordered 5 vanilla cones. There was one young man (he said his name is Emory - he has a ponytail) working the order window AND he was rushing back and forth to fulfill the cone order. This guy can HUSTLE!! Really pleased to see him busting out a busy night and with a great attitude. I told him he needs a raise and he said to let his boss (Deserae) know; so Deserae, please get this man a promotion/raise!"

"Had to go back to the counter twice to get a happy meal order corrected. They where out of apples and said they would add extra fry to kids meal. Only got the regular little fry that come with meal when you get apples. Had to wipe off table and seats before eating."

"Staff was great, food was good, what we ordered and hot. There were a ton of teenagers in there screaming and running around and the staff was great with them and with getting orders out in a timely manner despite the large crowd!"

"WORST McDonalds Location In Kentucky!!!! EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit this location there’s a problem. My last encounter took the cake! So first, I took the drive thru in hopes to have a decent lunch at least and after I place my order I was told to “pull up to drive one.” That’s not the bad part. So after pulling up to wait, at least five cars passed by with their orders with ease. (As I’m waiting I’m wondering what the waits about, I mean maybe I’m waiting on the chicken nuggets) (I ordered a chicken nugget meal and quarter pounder meal) so long story short I get my food and go home all the way in fort Thomas and my burger is undercooked! Not to mention both large fries were cold from the jump! I had to go all the way back to this location to be given a hard time about getting my money refund after the manager seeing this pink burger!!!! WORST McDonald’s moment ever and this location won’t be visited again and I wouldn’t suggest it!!!! 0 out of 10!!!"
