"My mom and I went to this location on 11/6/23 around 10pm. Sat down and was able to order quickly. The server then forgot to ask us a couple of questions which is no big deal. Sat there for about 15 mins before we got our drink.. now we were 1 out of 2 tables in the restaurant. Gave us waffles and didn’t give us syrup for a solid 10 mins. Now waiting for refills going on 20 mins the waitress decides to hit her vape at the register which is against any health code. The name on the receipt was sage. Severely disgusted with the service tonight."

"They had a new person there and a manager in training there at the time we went. They got our hash browns wrong for my wife. But the food is good and is reasonable priced. Maybe when the new hire isn't too overwhelmed. We will be back."
