"Why do people like messing with someone’s food? I ordered a black bean burrito fresco style as I don’t eat meat or dairy. At the very bottom of my burrito was just a glob of meat. Why. Why do that to someone. So mean and so rude. I hope you feel better whoever did that to me."

"I ordered a Mexican pizza in the drive thru. I drove all the way home and sat down to eat it and it tasted HORRIBLY like chemicals, like something with the oil they use to fry the tortilla was not right. I tossed it and I called the store and all they said was it was probably a tortilla they made before changing the oil because “they had just done that.” But didn’t offer a credit or to remake it for me. Crazy. Don’t waste your money."

"I am a door dasher and that is why I was visiting this location, to pick up an order I would then deliver to a customer. Long story short, the order was canceled due to wait time and door dash instructed me to take the order back to taco bell. When I arrived I was informed they didn't know what to do with it or why I brought it back and instructed to 'toss it in the trash can I guess, I don't know what you want me to do with it'. Door dash customer service states that the taco bell employees should have known what to do and there is a clear policy that should have been followed and it was clearly not. I got docked on my rating for door dash which severely effected my pay due to the order being dispositioned wrong thanks to the staff at taco bell. I won't accept an order to deliver for this store again at least until they train their employees."

"Ordered my food. I got two steak quesadillas $11.99 plus tax and a steak grilled cheese nacho fry$4.99 plus tax. first thing I noticed right off when I opened my grilled cheese fries there were maybe eight fries total in the entire box smaller portion than a small fry. Covered mostly in sauce with maybe six pieces of steak mind you have had this before and everywhere else the box was heavy and loaded down and this one felt empty. When I went to the counter to tell them about it she told me this isn't everywhere in Kentucky what you see is what you get deal with it. I asked for a refund manager gave me a whole bunch of attitude about giving me a refund. Then I went to the state quesadillas which was the size of my hand all together needless to say they rip people off because they are lazy and rude Never again will I return"

"Very disappointed by dinner today. We were missing a chunk of our order, the items were not filled at all, and even our nacho cheese cup straight up looked like it was leftover from someone else. We pulled it out of the bag exactly like it looks in the picture. So nasty!! Our drink syrups were also out. What a waste of money."
