"They lost our online order. After writing down the order to replace it, they got every single item wrong. Two of the items were not available. How can the computer accept orders and payment for items they dont have. This is disappointing, especially since what they put in the bag was not good. Get it together."

"The location is a bit odd, but other than that, it was your average taco bell. The staff was friendly and very quick, so that was definitely nice. The chalupa supreme shells tasted a bit stale, but they wasn't a huge deal."

"Service was kind and polite. The food wasn't as good as Highland Heights Taco Bell but still better than the Newport location. Food had bits of lettuce in it when it shouldn't have. Pretty common occurrence at any Taco Bell outside the Highland Heights location. I'll be back cause it was cheap."

"Every time I order from this location the either get it wrong or they’re missing some thing today I order two sides of rice and both of them are about less than half full. If I were to put them together it will make one. This is ridiculous. Also my daughter’s strawberry lemonade tastes like water. I demand for somebody to do something about this and I can’t even call the store because the phone number goes to a fax machine."

"I ordered 2 of the new double steak grilled cheese burritos at the drive thru. Got home and found they were mostly rice with very little steak inside. I cut open the second one so I could take pictures. About 10 tiny bits of steak, lots of rice, and the large burrito wrap doubled over to make it look big. Not worth the money. The girl at the window said they were great and she gets them all the time. Guess the employees are eating all the steak and shortchanging the customer."
