"I ate here in 2022 and got food poisoning I was very disappointed. I got 4 wraps in 2024 and they all had nothing but lettuce stalks."

"The burgers and fries were old. It was actually quite awful. We RARELY eat fast food anymore and I was SOOOO disappointed!! The service was short and rude at the window. Except one woman who took our money at the first woman. No one else wanted to be helpful or even communicate. They forgot half our sauces because she stopped listening half way thru me talking and walked away and then looked at me like "why are you still here?" Is every one in that damn big of a hurry that accuracy and kindness are no longer valued values any more? Why do we call them values if we do not value these moral constructs as a society? It defies comprehension. Im a huge advocate for service being a service worker most of my life and I do not like that we have so little understanding of it in our communications with one another as humans in the work place especially. I would HIGHLY recommend that Wendy's go back to the drawing board with their employees and train them better all the way around but have a special class on not sacrificing customer service and quality of food for efficiency and timing. Quite frankly I want my 30$ back. Waste of money. I really wish I would have thought to take pictures of the food! If their is a next time I get old food I am! I was driving and went to through the drive thru before an appt."

"Food is good. Service is good. Reasonable clean. Parking limited. That being said….Wendy’s please move your exit sign. It obstructs the driver’s view of oncoming traffic and hinders a driver’s ability to safely enter the flow of traffic without pulling so far forward to see that they aren’t out into traffic."
