"I was seen within 60 minutes of arriving. The staff was very professional and thorough in assessing my symptoms. They were able to provide me a referral to an Ophthalmologist less than three hours later the same day! Diagnosis was viral pinkeye which is contagious and kept me from unknowingly infecting others. I was very pleased with the care provided by the Clev Clinic system."

"12/23/23 Visit. If you are planning on using the "reserve your spot feature" don't do it. Letting this location know you're coming does absolutely nothing. Your wait time does not start until you check in for your reserved time slot, even though the verbiage states that your place is held in line. Holding your place in line is not an accurate way of describing the service. 2 stars because the receptionist was kind. I understand the policy, but CCF should not put their patients and providers in a situation where you think you're going to be seen and you bring your sick child out of the house and you still have a 2+ hour wait. Change the policy or be more clear for your patients."

"Dr was ok but the three hour wait is ridicilous abd the fact that the dr gave me ointment for my infected eye i lost the tub and they would not refill it. Thats why im giving only 2 stars."

"CNP Annamarie Skowronski and her medical assistant were absolutely amazing. We almost left because of the two hours we waited but after seeing the two of them, I’m glad we didn’t. Had the phlebotomist Kimberly or medical assistant Bayant been a part of our initial care team, we would have left even if there was no wait and they were handing out 100 dollar bills. We sure loved Annamarie and the MA that cared for my son, but as a direct result of Kimberly and Bayant, we will never return to this urgent care. Ever. I was not surprised to see an overall two star review when I signed on to leave ours."
