"Joke. Waited in line at the drive thru for 15 min then sat in a pickup spot for 10. Had to walk in and get my food. It was just sitting there. I will never go to a wait spot again if asked. Never. This place is a joke."

"Always messes up my order. It's so simple most of the time too. They have a teenager working the window that thinks he's the wiz and he's very rude every time I come through. I'd clobber him if given the chance."

"This place needs shut down!!!!!! They way they treated my special needs daughter that’s 5 is totally uncalled for!!!!! 15 minutes before breakfast is over and they couldn’t fix 1 cheeseburger!!!!! She cried with real tears!!! She is allergic to eggs and on special diet they just was useless and didn’t care!!! We was on our way home from Cincinnati Children’s Hospital back to wv and didn’t have to time to wait!!!! I give them no stars!!!!!"

"Orders are only accurate about half the time. A large order of fries is only half full so don't waste your money. Regardless how much $$ you spend, they still want to charge an additional 30 cents for sauce unless you order chicken nuggets. They won't answer the phone."

"It really is a good thing there is such an outstanding, friendly young gentleman working the pick-up window. He is great with the customers when they are agitated. It's been a mad house lately. Easy 20-minute wait in line, every time. Then asked to pull up and wait somemore. No joke, i was asked to move up, 2 inches. I was still at the window lol. It has not been worth the wait, multiple times now. I've said it before, but this is not fast, cheap food anymore. Since that is the case, I would at the lease expect the McDonalds standard."
