"Valet parking was horrendous. Couldnt get anybody to answer questions or help. Lady who brought my car back ran for the door while calling my number, this is a medical building, why would you make people who are there with health issues chase you down? Went inside to try to find her and ended up at the valet desk. While they were trying to figure out where she went, she decided to repark my car. Finally got my car back and they had broken my Keychain that was a gift from somebody to me. Next time I will find somewhere else to park. Was absolutely not worth $10. Worst valet service I have every expeirenced. The two stars I gave were for everybody else who we encountered who were wonderful. Check in was a breeze and our Dr was fantastic. But our experience with the valet service tarnished the entire visit. They are the first and last people you see when visiting here, so their service should have been impeccable. It was NOT."
"Extremely disappointed with my visit to Cleveland Clinic . I've been feeling sick for 10 years. My quality of life has been terrible. I've had local doctors tell me that Cleveland would be the solution. That they are the best of the best, and they would help me solve this decade long issue. I even had a doctor who has assured me that Cleveland would be my best option. And to put all my focus into getting in and getting there..which I did. Traveled all the way to Cleveland, Ohio and not a single test was done. No scheduled follow up. Spent a lot of money to travel to Ohio, find accommodations...even my dad took time off work, so I wouldn't have to travel alone . All to basically be told what my doctor in my home state did, was good enough. I feel really hopeless and just sad. Maybe I put to much hope into Cleveland. But I was quite surprised at the lack of care I felt here ."
"I have been to many Cleveland clinic buildings and appointments. This is by far the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. They have no awareness to preferred names and information that everyone can see on your chart. I was constantly deadnamed and misgendered multiple times by the receptionist at the desk and in the lab. Obviously when the rest of the facilities were training their people on how to deal with customers this place did not. I never felt so insulted of disgusted as here. Thankfully the doctor is the only one with a brain at this facility. Next time I am scheduled here, I will not be attending because clearly the moral and ethics that the Cleveland Clinic stands for are not applied at this facility."
"Beautiful outpatient facility at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. The interior is always nice and clean, and the marble floor and high ceiling entrance makes for a relaxing environment. There is also a lot of natural light too. Great place to receive world-class healthcare!"
"Most off your care teams doctors and nurse practitioners will call you in person if you request certain cpn's have their own opinions but they have to file their doctor's orders and they listened to other doctors judgements on judgement called for who you bring with you to your appointment and my long history with this establishment there has been many mistakes and then if they get anything from an outside source wondering about your condition it turns into a conspiracy not a joke . And those little boards they give you in the beginning of your appointment there nothing but trick questions . Be careful what you put down in my experience I wouldn't even use those because my care is getting worse as I feel better and get to primary condition in primary shape they strip me up all medication that helps me and want me to start from scratch done with that been through it for you two and a half years and I tell them I am all right at the moment and they insist I'm switching medications I am not comfortable with and they push it and push it on you be careful if you continue to go to this first off I wouldn't get primary Care through them and then your primary care has to listen to the rest of the conspiracy conspiracy you think maybe expanding in a little bit but go and look at your own records and see how you feel and tell them how you feel and you will see if it doesn't happen to you I guess you're the lucky one."
