"The staff was friendly and the service was quick. What was most impressed me was none of the staff looked to be older than 25. The dining room was spotless. I didn't see one cell phone out. If they weren't taking care of a customer they were cleaning up or restocking things."

"*Update. We made it back to Gold Star but we shouldn't have. We didn't receive our entire order. When I got home, I called. They had already closed and said they'd put my name down for another day. That was fine. Fast-forward a week and they've never heard of me. I am guessing $14 worth of food isn't alot so when I pay that I expect my food or a refund. We came for fast food but it was anything but. We quit going for a while because this location is never consistent. I understand the staff shortages, items not always being available, etc. Also, prepared for the price. It's outrageous, but Cincinnati style Chili at any location is about the same. However, this evening, they seemed staffed adequately. The drive-thru was the only option. One other vehicle had been in the drive-thru. It took forever for someone to greet us with less than a pleasurable demeanor. They were out of a few things, so we decided on a coney crate. Simple, quick. Nope. It took another 10 minutes. I'd think I was lying had I not tapped on the window after 7, thinking maybe they had forgotten. I thought it had to at the least be super fresh! Half were great, the other half were luke warm, and the cheese was hard? It's like we had two sets of conveys in our crate."

"Obviously Gold Stars secret burger ingredient is pube hair. This is the SECOND time my husband has gotten a burger here and had a hair in it. Paid $10 for this burger. I ordered a sweet tea and when I got it, I tasted it and it was unsweetened. I handed it back and asked if she would please swap it for sweet and she told me it *was* sweet. Lol. Like I was lying to her?"

"We just ordered food for our whole family to go and we got our food in less than 10 min and had excellent service while I waited. Even have me a free drink while I waited! Only had one issue with the order they forgot my chili cheese fries other than that would have been a 5 star review. ---- UPDATE: Gold Star reached out to me after leaving my review on their site. They've given me a gift card for the difference in the amount of the chili cheese fries that were missing fr my order. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you, Gold Star Chili!"
