"Yesterday I ordered the chicken wrap meal got a completely different sandwich today I came through got the same thing got a flat pop hard chicken and no fries. This place is a waste of time and money. Each time I was the only customer in line."

"I came tonight January 2nd with my husband around 10:30pm. We both got a sandwich and a medium fry to share. We got home, this here is our “medium” fry to share. No there are no fries spilled at the bottom of the bag. I already got those and added them in. I tried calling 3 times. Somebody should make this right."

"I’ve been to several Wendy’s over the last 40 years. This has to be the worst! Slow service, no Diet Coke, the singles were small enough to be on the dollar menu. Not to mention it cost over $20.00 for two value meals! Wendy’s was always the place to get a fresh Hamburger at a good price! I hope they can turn it around!!"

"What made this visit even more exciting was the fact that they had brought back their spicy nuggets, which I had been missing since they were taken off the menu. The quick service and lack of attitude from the staff have always impressed me at this Wendy's location. They efficiently took my order and prepared my meal in a timely manner, making the entire experience enjoyable. Not only was the service top-notch, but the food itself was also consistently fresh and delicious. The spicy nuggets I ordered were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, providing the right amount of heat that I was craving. Wendy's surpassed my expectations with their quality food and excellent service."

"I don't expect a lot from fast food, but this was really something. I ordered extra pickles on my hamburger and got a cheeseburger with.... and I counted... 20 pickles. They put pickles under the burger, and on top of the burger. That's intentional. I ordered from a kiosk, they weren't busy I was the first one in line and they had like one car in the drive thru, so I don't know what I could have possibly done to deserve this pickle-wrath. When I order extra pickles its in the understanding I'll get maybe 4 pickles instead of just 2. Not 20!! Also they gave me a cheeseburger- that's fine, that happens all the time, but it just adds up with all the pickles. I didn't find out till I got home and by then my burger was cold and soggy from all the pickle juice. Just gross. On the off chance whatever employee pickle-bombed my sandwich did it thinking I would love a heap of pickles, I apologize for being such a Karen, but c'mon, who wants that many pickles??"
